How long will my order take?

Most items are made and shipped within 1 to 5 business days, then US delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days. You will get a tracking number by email when it ships.

When should I order for Christmas?

Order by December 10 for the best chance of US delivery before Christmas. Orders placed after that may still arrive in time, but carriers get very busy in December.

Where are your products made?

Our jewelry, watches, mugs, journals and blankets are personalized and made to order by production partners in the United States.

Can I personalize my gift?

Many products let you add a name, date, photo or engraving. Please double-check spelling before you check out, because personalized items are made just for you.

Is the jewelry hypoallergenic?

Most of our necklaces and bracelets are made with stainless steel, and many have 14k or 18k gold finish options. Check the details on each product page for the exact materials.

Does it come gift-ready?

Most jewelry ships in a gift box, and many items include a printed message card, so it is ready to give.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you, and you do not need to send it back.

Can I return something?

Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days if unused. Personalized items cannot be returned for change of mind. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or sign in to your account to see your order status.
